the hotel was within walking distance patong boxing stadium. tea and coffee in the bar. our room was comfortable. free parking on-site was provided.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and a bustling shopping center. Guests can enjoy the complimentary shuttle service to the mall as well. The rooms are clean with helpful staff always willing 

It was a very new and clean hotel and you can just walk to the beach, not so far. The staffs were friendly and helpful and their food was nice.

As Phuket is a famous place for tourism, the hotel staffs seemed to mislead you to choose expensive deals of transportation, even though there is another cheaper way. Taxi fare also varies dependant on who you contact and how you bargain, so I recommend you to find one of the travel agencies, (very easy to find them, if you walk through the street nearby the hotel for 1 or 2 mins) and ask them how you can get to the airport by taxi or mini van(bus). The price range for the mini van(5-10 people share) is around 150~180 THB and taxi is 600~800 THB. There is no other airport bus, just a mini van.

The staff were very friendly. We even got a free upgrade in high/peak season as our room didn't have a safety deposit box as requested. The pool was small compared to others but it was fine and preferred

All night every night I was woken by doors slamming from other guests in nearby rooms. I didn't expect other people to show the courtesy that they should, but the hotel needs to install door closers on the doors to prevent this happening in the future. Didn't have a single good night of sleep due to the noise.
